As a dancer & a yogi I lead everything I do with the breath. Breath is integral to our lives and is the driving force behind all we do as human beings. I believe that when we move as a community of 1-100+ & let the breath inform the rest, we can literally do anything. That includes getting really strong, sweaty & empowered AF.
